Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Order cancellations are permitted only if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders may begin processing and ship as early as 24 hours after they are placed, so cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once a tracking number has been assigned to an order or the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, the order is considered shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. If your order has already entered the shipping process, the cancellation request will be void.
